FAQ'S
We understand that starting therapy or finding the right provider can come with a lot of questions. Below are some of the most common questions we receive regarding services, insurance, treatment approaches, and what to expect in the beginning the therapy process. If you do not see your question listed, please feel free to reach out. We are always happy to help!

Insurance and Payment Plans
Please note that copays, deductibles, and out of pocket costs vary depending on your individual insurance plan. We encourage all clients to contact their insurance provider directly to verify coverage, deductible amounts, and copay responsibilities prior to beginning services.

For private pay clients, we offer a sliding scale fee based on individual circumstances. Our client portal also allows partial payment options to help make services more manageable and accessible.
We currently accept most major insurance plans. Please note that we do not accept Buckeye Health Plan or Tristate commercial insurance at this time.

What to Expect and Who We Work With
Your first appointment is designed to help your therapist get a full understanding of your needs and begin building a supportive treatment plan.
Prior to your session, all intake paperwork is completed through our secure client portal. The first session is always a biopsychosocial assessment, where your therapist will ask questions about your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy in order to get a comprehensive picture of how best to support you. After this initial assessment, ongoing sessions are scheduled based on your individualized treatment plan and therapeutic needs.
